- Talk to Kodan the Dwarven Recruitment Officer in Gunnar's Hold after attaining the first rank of the Deldrimor title.

- This cannot be equipped on the skill bar. While a character displays the Deldrimor title, this effect is applied to that character and all of their heroes.
- Very effective with spammable skills, such as Signet of Sorrow or Renewing Surge.
