- If you've completed the quest The Search for a Cure, you must begin (and complete) the Seek out Brother Tosai quest and all follow ups. Until you do, all of the Am Fah in the zone will remain friendly and he won't spawn until you finish the quest chain. If you choose the Refuse to Drink chain, Sun will spawn sooner, during A Monstrous Revelation.
