This affects all allies (Checking Paragon, Warrior) including minions (Check all Necros with good self-heal and W as 2nd prof) so it's good as it is. Spamming with "Fall Back!" is a way to have almost ensured 33% IMS on all allies. Ninjas In The Sky 19:55, 28 March 2008 (UTC)

I added a note on the main page of this skill that says that the tip above it is not important anymore because the speed was buffed to the cap already, but someone deleted the note -_-" .

I thought it was good before because you could use it and some sort of other defensive stance like Soldiers Defense, but now it just rocks.
