Bug

Are you sure it wasn't Roaring Winds which preventing you from using it? To clarify, the this spirit IS in the mission. Anon

hmm not 100% sure, ill go to test that. even if roaring winds was effecting me that's an even bigger bug. Because when i used it, it didnt take any energy.
