Shadow Form looks like a good partner for a 55 monk, since the only negative aspect is Shadow Form reduces you down to 50hp when it ends. --222.149.161.33 14:28, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

- Actually, it isn't. No points are used to raise Spell Breaker to the max since points in Divine yields healing when monk skills are cast and causes Blessed Aura to make enchants last longer. Shadow Form requires level 15 (impossible for monk primary) to only loose 5 health. At level 12 you would loose all but 41 I believe. Also, while it's up, you aren't gaining any energy from Balthazar's Aura. Seems to be a bad deal all the way around. As for mystic regen, A-Net effectively made HB in combination with Mantra of Resolve the best option for 55's. - IGN Thirteen Thirtysven 1529 13 March 2008

They are far from invincible. If they were invincible, then they could fight anything, anywhere, anytime. For some examples, if there aren't enough enemys, energy can become scarce which means no 
Protective Spirit. Another would be in Zaishen Challenge, the IWAY

If shielding hand is used you have a higher chance of surviving.
Invincimonk is just a name, it doesn't mean that the monk in invincible, and as said in the article, 55 monks do not do PvP. 86.140.87.108 19:43, 3 July 2008 (UTC)

This is no longer relevant for Chilblains. In addition to removing only 1 enchantment, it also became targeted, as of yesteday. Should we remove it from the list? Azo 09:35, 13 October 2007 (UTC)
- The enchant removal is still untargetted, only it's around a foe instead of around yourself so practically it would still remove an enchant off the 55monk if he is standing close enouth to an ally. Removing Chilblains from the list would imply that you're the only player on your party.
- I think this is unverified, as far as I know, it is now a targeted spell, therefore, Spellbreaker will block it. :0)

- It doesn't really matter, but only the 600 Spirit Bond builds use specifically low armor. -

[edit] Mystic Regeneratoin needs to be removed from guide
A-Net effectively made this skill obsolete for the 55 with their double nerf. Not only does it work for only 3 enchantments (giving 9 verses HB's +7 at 8 healing prayers), it now recharges in 12 seconds (my duration is 13). So basically if you're interrupted once, you're screwed. A better option is to now bring Healing Breeze with Mantra of Resolve. This gives one the added flexibility of casting Spell Breaker only when needed and not having to worry about interruptes (for example in the UW with Aatxes/Graspings). - IGN: Thirteen Thirtysven 1539 on 13 March 2008--The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:138.162.0.43 (talk).

- Gone back down to 5 second recharge. I get it lasting 13 seconds too, so it's quite handy.

I've been reading around and found that J.I. works before P.S. is taken into effect. Sos almost any hit with low armor would activate it and deal 190 damage(at 16 Smiting). only flaw I see is it only hits one enemy. if you are swarmed it might not do the damage you want. But with the low cost and fast cast time you might be able to pull it off.
