[edit] Thoughts
This skill is so broken might as well make avatar of dwayna unaffected by hexes. --Lou-Saydus

[edit] Bug?
A lot of wording in skills is not correct. Don't know if I should post this here or under a Conjure, but this will take em all 3 at once. When wielding a Fiery Scythe, this skill makes you deal Earth damage. But, you're still wielding a Fiery Weapon. Quote from Conjure Flame: "For 60 seconds, if you're wielding a fire weapon, your attacks strike for an additional 7...19...22 fire damage.". So according to the wording you should still get the effects of Conjure Flame. So I ask of you, bug or wrong wording? BlazeRick 16:16, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
- If it is true that you no longer cause the additional damage from the Conjure Flame/Frost/Lightning skill, then the Conjure's skill descriptions are indeed incorrect. --

- Confirmed, when in Avatar of Melandru and under the effects of Conjure Flame, while wielding a Fiery Scythe, I no longer do the Conjure's additional damage to a foe. This is an anomaly in the skill description of the Conjure's. I'll add them. --

- I wonder what other skills like Judge's Insight do to the Conjures then. Will test it myself later on today. BlazeRick 12:39, 7 September 2007 (UTC)

The wording isn't exactly wrong, just the wrong choice of words...to be more accurate it should say something like "...while wielding a weapon that deals <elemental type here> damage...". Since AoM causes you to no longer deal whatever damage, but Earth damage instead, the Conjures no longer activate. Judge's Insight will do the same thing, as would Avatar of Balthazar and Avatar of Grenth (though Grenth makes Conjure Frost work). 66.75.7.201 03:40, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Condition durations set to 0?
I'm sceptical of the note which says that conditions are set to a duration of 0 while in this form, therefore triggering the effects of skills like Fragility. I've just tested it with Contagion (used Arcane Mimicry to snatch it off a hero), and Contagion doesn't trigger when I use Wearying Strike. --Mme. Donelle 02:54, 27 January 2008 (UTC)
- Im guessing they all received a 0 second weakness... give fragility to them and contagion on yourself and try again 16:45, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
- No, it didn't work -- if I'd given weakness to them with Contagion up, I would have sacrificed health, but I didn't. --Mme. Donelle 22:10, 29 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Bug...I assume
I was using AoM earlier today on my PvE dervish while attempting to cap other avatars. I died with time still remaining on my Avatar, and my entire party was wiped. When I resurrected at the shrine, I was still in the AoM form and had the extra health. There was no icon showing that the skill was still going, and it didn't end until I zoned out. Has anyone else seen something like this happen? Thefount 20:05, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
