Vanguard Quest[edit]
In Vanguard Bounty: Countess Nadya, these NPCs were leveled up to level 8 and still dropped items. There doesn't seem to be a separate article for their Vanguard Quest counterparts, so should these be linked to in the Vanguard Foe article, or have their level reflect that they can be level 8 during those quests?
