[edit] Does this skill effectivly render the opponent(s) useless if only life stealing is used on them?

It's a hex. Nice and easy to remove and there's still stuff like enemy spells, spirits and traps...so...no. I don't think so.

Binding Chains: Create Spirit of Binding to target foes location that foe and all adjancet foes to that location moves xx% slower and takes xx dmg each second while moving. 5Energy 3Cast 45Coold. Would make this seen in skillbars more often
