That doesn't make sense. Do you mean Blindness is applied first, then bleeding is OVER it? "Under" means that something is ON TOP of it, and the TOP condition is the one that is stripped.--75.45.104.215 08:00, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
Yeah, poor wording. Bleeding must be removed first to get at the Blinding. MA Anathe 22:52, 8 December 2007 (UTC)
