Is the region really Istan? the loading screen says its Kourna, and the mission is in Koura... 68.78.64.125 19:19, 6 August 2008 (UTC)

You just answered yourself. The mission is in Kourna, but the outpost is situated on the island of Istan (look at the world map). The notes section has a note with a possible explanation for the loading screen. -- ab.er.rant 02:41, 7 August 2008 (UTC)
