Not sure if this is all around guild hall bug, but today, 1.4.2011 I got to the guild hall and all the services(including storage) had disappeared. My guild panel shows that I should make a guild, even though I already have one. Then, when I leave, my guild panel shows normal, leader, members and officers and the usual alliance faction and such.
