Actually the iem that was needed to get the tenugu mask was Jade Win Orbs, not Naga fangs. 250 JWO needed to be in your inventory to get the mask. Usil 205.196.178.196

Can there ever be another anniversarry, like say every 5 years? Or another means of obtaining this (I accidentally trashed my original just days before the -Hatmaker NPC- intoduced). I went well with my Rit-Seitung armor. --Falconeye 03:14, 6 July 2009 (UTC)
It seems that not many people who were around for this still play. I've been trying to find a copy of the festival hats, and no one seems to have either of this or either of the Wintersday 2005 hats.
