- I don't agree that it would be an useful defense. The blind duration is very low, so it is more suitable for a melee vs melee moments. For example:

Cast Dust Cloak before hand > Wounding Strike > Twin Moon Sweep. Deep wound is covered by bleeding and Blindness or with Pious Assault, whatever way, the target is blind and you can safely apply the rest of your spike or build.
