Skin images

Kurzick Elementalists in Fort Aspenwood commonly use the Factions versions so it's pretty easy to snap a pic there. As for the Prophecies ones, I've seen them in the hands of several NPCs, including that miner you protect from the mandragor in the Cliffs of Dohjok. Seef II 02:18, 24 April 2007 (EDT)

Nightfall skin

No, the "Orrian" skin is the one called "obsidian" on the page (it goes by both names).--Valshia 07:25, 25 August 2007 (UTC)

Steel Farming

Equipping an item is the best way to see it's skin but that is highly unlikely to happen when you're hunting or selling. So if you're trying to farm steel, is their any way to tell which skin you've acquired from the inventory icon? I'm sure that most of us don't have a need for more wooden planks. -- Sabardeyn 08:16, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

The icons are different but currently we dont have them on the wiki (though I kind of wish we did) - you can always equip it (and check your inventory window if in town). - BeX 08:27, 29 September 2007 (UTC)

Orrian Staff?

Why is it called Obsidian/Orrian Staff? Obsidian I can understand, but it looks nothing like the scepter of Orr, except on 2d sideview pictures...Nicky Silverstar 19:30, 3 November 2007 (UTC)

Split suggestion

We have all skins listed with image, instead of a split I would rather suggest redirects from Orrian or Obsidian Staff to this page. --Longasc 13:21, 25 December 2007 (UTC)

putting all in one article is a mess. additionally, diffrent skins means actually a diffrent weapon. the only thing they have in common is the attribute and their name, all other things vary. The salvage is not showable good at all, and listing all drop locations of them will get a long list. changing this to a disambiguation is a thousand times better imo —ZerphaThe Improver 22:34, 28 December 2007 (UTC)

Seems not many people care, but I think your suggestion makes sense. If you really want it, you can do it, it is just a lot of work - and probably the reason nobody did it so far. Make this page a disambiguation page and create new pages for the various staves. The images and most data are already provided, after all. mostly from bandits?
