Same Tonics Next Year

I noticed someone has added a note to all the Everlasting tonic pages saying "If you missed out this year, the tonic will drop in the same month next year.". Can this be confirmed? I and a number of people I know have heard nothing like this.- TheRave 12:29, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Bug?
