Looking at the pages all 6th year birthday tonics are usable in explorables.

Appearance rate

I removed the 95%/5% appearance rates because I don't see that we've supported those numbers with research. While they seem plausible to me (and consistent with similar tonics), we don't normally post specific numbers without linking to the relevant research.
