Where are Mhenlo and Togo?

(Yay, 3 years late) I just had the same problem not finding them, you have to accept the reward for "Welcome to Cantha" first 178.78.104.85 12:54, 18 July 2012 (UTC)

I have Finding the oracle active and kenshi steelhand is here :(2.98.188.151
