No, in Prophecies, Signets first appear in Prophecies in LA with the quest Malaquire's Test. Having them available from the skill trainer there would make no sense. -- Wyn 06:15, 4 September 2008 (UTC)

In factions, they first appear with the quest Capturing the Orrian tome -> Minister's Test, but you can still buy them from the skill trainer beforehand, you just get free ones doing the quests. ¬ Wizårdbõÿ777(talk) 13:27, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
