Talk:Fronis Irontoe's Lair
From Guild Wars Wiki
Should this be classed as a dungeon in the infobox? A good way to check is using the Master Dungeon Guide. --Santax (talk ยท contribs) 16:11, 2 September 2007 (UTC)
It does appear in the dungeon guide Cavey 18:17, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

Changed. There is no way someone will be able to go even dual. This is a solo dungeon. Abedeus

[edit] Quest
Please stop reverting, there is a quest that takes place in this dungeon. It's called Kilroy Stonekin's Punch-Out Extravaganza!. Chriskang 13:36, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- The quest header is for "quests obtainable from this location". Backsword 13:46, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- What? Since when? If it's the case then you should probably remove all quests sections in every dungeon page as most (all?) of them are taken before entering the dungeon. IMHO those quests should really stay there. Chriskang 13:56, 5 September 2007 (UTC)
- It's referring to quests obtained in Fronis Irontoe's Lair as the explorable area. Kilroy's Punch out quest comes from Gunnar's Hold. Ooooze~ lowerletters 04:01, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Armor
Given that you are provided with the same skill bar and a fixed 500 HP, is the armor AL the same regardless of profession, or is this quest just a wee bit unfair to spellcasters? BramStoker (talk, contribs) 21:49, 5 November 2007 (UTC)
- Should it be mentioned that Ele's should use Prismatic Insignias for an extra 20 armor, if they set 9 in each? Cause A Little Mayhem 01:20, 25 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Incredibly good farming
A lot of the time, I do a few HM runs of this dungeon. Needless to say, it's unbelievable how much good loot you can get from this. If you use a slice of pumpkin pie, you can clear HM without getting knocked out once, if you're good. I recieve a gold or 2 most of the time, MANY iron ingots and tanned hide squares, lockpicks, dyes, and since there's an event going on, special stuff. I got 9 honeycombs in one run. Oh, and the two ales at the end of the dungeon. In one run, I even got 3 black dyes. There probably isn't any better place to solo farm. Ooooze~ lowerletters 04:01, 4 January 2008 (UTC)
- I agree with that, you get all the drops of a HM dungeon except it was designed for 1 person so isn't too hard.

[edit] KO is Death?
The guide says getting KO'd is a death, but does it mean that just getting knocked out is death, or that failing to use "Get Up!" Successfully is death?68.221.97.225 13:07, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
- If you failed to get back up with using "Get Up!" it's death. Halogod35 13:13, 22 May 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Using weapons besides daggers?
Erm, I was just doing this dungeon and forgot to equip my daggers and was using a scythe. I managed to kill quite a few of the stone summit with my scythe. Are we supposed to be able to do that? I thought we weren't supposed to be able to do damage with any weapon except the daggers. 76.17.238.205 01:12, 8 June 2008 (UTC)
You're right, only the brawling skills should do damage, not even the brass knuckles do any damage while brawling Mcdertr 16:07, 11 July 2008 (UTC)
Last time I had some random daggers equipped and the brawling skills became active as if they are dagger skills. Strange !! Farlong 09:05, 10 September 2008 (UTC)
