Glitch[edit]

Did anybody know that Ritualist's Restoration skill can rez even if Frozen Soil is in effect?(216.161.219.12 14:57, 19 April 2008 (UTC))

No, any skill that mentions "Ressurect target..." Cannot be used within its range. Not Monk rezzes, not rez sigs, not this skill nor any other. There are exceptions mentioned in the skill's notes, although they don't target a certain ally. Ninjas In The Sky 15:09, 19 April 2008 (UTC)
Unyielding Aura ressurects with Frozen Soil.

Firstwatch Sergio doesn't offer this skill.

Does this affect Scroll of Ressurection?

Why dosen't Light of Dwayana work anymore?[edit]

Any reason as to the changes? Demy 07:56, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

It never did, the only skills that get around it are LwN and that 1 spirit. LoD could work if you did it outside of the spirit's range, but then again so could all rezzes. DarkNecrid 16:39, 12 January 2009 (UTC)
Since this skill changed to stop all rezing let's change it to also prevent all corpse exploitation. Wells, minions, and teleport. Fits with the new wording. Aro 02:02, 7 February 2009 (UTC)

Restoration[edit]

On Frozen Soil's notes, it says Restoration can cast within the spirit's range, but on Restoration's notes, it says it cannot. Which is true? --99.230.146.62 01:20, 4 June 2009 (UTC)

Read Restoration again. --TalkRiddle 01:22, 4 June 2009 (UTC) Nvm --TalkRiddle 01:32, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
It cannot be cast in the area of Frozen Soil.Talk page Drogo Boffin 01:29, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
I believe how it works is that Restoration will resurrect through FS, but you can't cast Restoration while under the effects of FS. Basically, get Restoration up before FS. --TalkRiddle 01:39, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
I'm testing that right now.Talk page Drogo Boffin 01:41, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
No it did not res even though it was cast before Frozen Soil was up.Talk pageDrogo Boffin 01:46, 4 June 2009 (UTC)Upon further tests this comment is wrong. Talk page Drogo Boffin 02:28, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
Note (to clear any potential confusion): Drogo discovered an inconsistency. The first time he tested Restoration under FS, it didn't rez (even though he was well within range). However, the next few times he tested it, it did res. We tested this together a few times, using Soul Rupture against Restoration while under FS, and each time we were within range it rezzed. --TalkRiddle 02:22, 4 June 2009 (UTC)

Where?[edit]

I remember an area early in Prophecies where there was some sort of temple with stairs up to its top - and atop the temple were a bunch of guys who kept hitting me with spells, and I specifically remember they kept Frozen Soil cast so my healer couldn't rez me. I want to find this place again now that I'm much tougher, but I can't remember where it was - does it ring a bell to anyone? - Brian Kendig 23:15, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

Majesty's Rest. You've found Rotscale and his buddies. King Neoterikos 23:16, 20 September 2009 (UTC)

Foes using "We Shall Return!"[edit]

I took Frozen Soil with me whilst vanquishing Poisoned Outcrops and strugggled as Awakened Cavaliers appeared unaffected by Frozen Soil and were still using "We Shall Return!". Testing revealed that my heroes were affected by Frozen Soil as you would expect, and can not cast "We Shall Return!" until the spirit had expired. Can anyone confirm this suspected bug? Karalin Taucher 13:13, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

Nope, forget it I was being idiotic, the spirit was too fa away and the Cavaliers were not in it's range. "We Shall Return!" is affected by Frozen Soil the same way as all the other standard res skills. Karalin Taucher 13:36, 27 October 2009 (UTC)

In LA too![edit]

I just bought this skill in LA. You should add this.--89.142.242.132 14:19, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

This is because he skill would have been previously Unlocked on your account. Once it has been unlocked, it can be brought from any skill trainer in that campaign. The page shows the towns and outposts that the skill is first purchasable from using an account where it hasn't been unlocked. ~Celestia 14:29, 27 November 2009 (UTC)

Exact Effects[edit]

If the target for the ressurection is in range of FS, but the one ressurecting them is outside of the range of FS, what happens? Jackster 06:35, 14 April 2011 (UTC)

I tested this a long long time ago and it think that FS only effects the person who is under its effects, which means the caster and subsequent resurrection would go through. So yeah it would work. --BriarUser Briar Sig 3.jpgThe Spider 08:43, 14 April 2011 (UTC)
