Can't imagine I've ever seen a level 11 Hellhound, but during the quest The Undead Hordes they're definately level 16. Erszebet 16:17, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
- I think I've seen them around the Kryta area (the places that give you level 6-10 henchmen.) Vanguard
