"Collectable drop". Isn't the proper term for these "Trophies"? I remember there was a discussion about it on gwiki, and I think they decided to use "Collectable drop" because users were used to it. - BeXoR 19:03, 7 February 2007 (PST)

This isn't GuildWiki. Use whatever you think is best. --Fyren 19:07, 7 February 2007 (PST)
Well I would change it to whatever the correct term is, but I'm unsure where the name came from. It might have been from one of the game manuals. - BeXoR 19:08, 7 February 2007 (PST)
I checked the Nightfall manual and collectable drops are referred to there as Trophies. Runes, scrolls and upgrqade components are referred to as enhancements. - BeXoR 19:14, 7 February 2007 (PST)
Use "trophies", then, but perhaps note they're also called "collectable drops." There's no harm in using both terms. —Tanaric 19:16, 7 February 2007 (PST)
"Collectable drop" is fine. It's simply more self-explanatory, compared to Trophies, which would be taken as "quest reward" instead. — Rapta (talk|contribs) 22:42, 10 February 2007 (PST)
Collectable drop is a community term, whereas Trophy is the official term. It's important to be accurate. - BeXoR 01:00, 11 February 2007 (PST)

I'm wondering whether there should be a separation somehow been items such as weapons/dyes etc.. that can actually "drop" from a creature and other items like "minatures" which can't drop?

I can drop a miniature on the ground though. I'm sure a note explaining on the item's page would suffice. - - BeXoR 07:54, 9 February 2007 (PST)

[edit] Contest the move

In game documentation runes aren't upgrade components. Enhancements are referred to as "runes that can augment armor or upgrade components which can enhance your weapons". - BeXoR 16:11, 9 February 2007 (PST)

[edit] "Cannot be salvaged" or "Not salvageable"

what does the in-game description say? --VVong|BA 19:21, 16 July 2007 (UTC)
