Is Shanglui even a boss? ~Skuld 05:27, 5 April 2007 (EDT)

Yeah. --Dirigible 05:36, 5 April 2007 (EDT)
I'll take your word for it, GuildWiki is filtered out of my reach. I haven't done that quest in 2 years ^.^ 212.158.245.101 05:41, 5 April 2007 (EDT)
Yeah, the guy is shining like a blue christmas light in that screenshot, monk aura. --Dirigible 05:42, 5 April 2007 (EDT)

Buff[edit]

Could this be buffed to res allies as well? It's already huge cast time, low health, useless mid battle and incredible cost. Allies would make it cool. Dancing Gnome 04:22, 9 November 2007 (UTC)

This skill is so close to greatness, just needs a small buff. --Lou-SaydusHow dare you put that damned dirty thing on me! 21:24, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
Like an axe into the energy cost? 10, perhaps? Calor (t) 21:25, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
Nah an energy cut kinda removes the point of this skill, you could just use lively was naomi, I was thinking about something more like this. --Lou-SaydusHow dare you put that damned dirty thing on me! 23:19, 22 January 2008 (UTC)
That would be better. Imagine a boss with this skill though, a full party res every 10 seconds! Flaming Hot Chilli 07:43, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
Maybe this, Spell--25e 1c 90rc--All party members in the area, if dead then resurrected, and are brought to 50% health 10% energy. OR change functionality Enchant Spell--linked to Divine Favor--20e 2c 60rc-- Party members are enchanted with Light of Dwayna for 10sec resurrecting them with X% health X% energy and causing next fatal damage to heal for XX...XXX. Sorta like a party wide Divine Intervention w/res? Something like those.. idk Cause I never see this get play time. -/- Discuss 06:34, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
"We Shall Return!" wut? Vili 点 User talk:Vili 06:37, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
But for the people who dont want to go Para and split points for Command. Is that a response to both of my flawed suggestions? -/- Discuss 06:43, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
Even at 0 Command, it's a nonelite skill which recharges three times faster, has a bigger AoE, casts instantly, and gives about as much energy. So I don't know why anyone would take LoD if all it does is rez. There's also Angelic Bond...
In PvP, if you wanted an AoE rez, most people would prefer Lively Was Naomei, I think. Such things are usually restricted to gimmick builds like Edge of Extinction bomb, anyway... Vili 点 User talk:Vili 06:51, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
One of those Prophecies skills which will never get buffed in order to make other campaigns sell. Mediggo 07:00, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
Ah, ok then. But I still like the idea of a Party wide DI that doesnt end when one ally uses it... w/res. oh oh what about it becomes a skill and, and-- The area near you is flooded in the light of Dwayna and for 10 seconds the light washes over the party and heals for 50 and 50 more for each second it is active :DDD -/- Discuss 07:04, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
How about Restoration + Spirit to Flesh? Not sure if that combo would work, though. Except that none of those allies would have energy and it'd take two skills from your bar... nevermind. Mediggo 07:08, 9 September 2009 (UTC)
Sounds like would work, I think the healing would come after the effect of the spirit's death. I cant test it since I only own proph... hence me not acknowledging We Shall Return! before I posted. But I should do more h/w before I go off posting half witted ideas. -/- Discuss 07:16, 9 September 2009 (UTC)

Bug or Skill Nerf?[edit]

I just tried using this skill in Zaishen Elite with FS around and I got the typical 'Cannot res due to FS' message... Anyone else experience this? Shamayim Araboth ~ Ayy 22:47, 31 May 2008 (UTC)

It's never worked through FS. The note is wrong. Removing. ;) Foolsauce 09:39, 16 August 2008 (UTC)

There appears to be a bug with this skill where I suspect if you take two of the same heroes, it will not resurrect the "generic" one. In the instance I witnessed, we had two Zhed's in our party, and both died. Upon using this skill, the one named Zhed was raised while the one named "Centaur Elementalist" remained dead, even after casting Light of Dwayna a second time. "DVestal" 15:25, 26 September 2008 (UTC)

Does not work[edit]

this skill doesnt work anymore. I was in ZE and it didnt let me rez my dead allies.(FS was active) REMOVE THE NOTE!!

Read the note carefully, this time.Pika Fan 07:22, 27 September 2008 (UTC)

And that note is stupid. how is it a misconception when no one even uses this skill except for the boss that has it.--Justice 21:24, 30 December 2008 (UTC)

The one reason people use it is because i think there was a bug that allowed you to FS through it, and they fixed it, but some people missed the update, and still think its bugged. Tearh 04:17, 6 January 2010 (UTC)

This skill is[edit]

utter crap shit balls sucker douche bag bad. Just my little trolling of the day (though it´s a fact). 84.145.191.148 13:06, 10 April 2009 (UTC)

Soooooo needs something considering the new "We Shall Return!".
How about a 6s easily interuptable cast and full health/energy with a 30s recharge. Basically a "lets move on" skill after you finish a mob. This is pve only ofc.-- euphoracle | talk 19:19, 30 July 2009 (UTC)
"We Shall Return!" is now almost totally superior to this skill (instant activation, larger area of effect, revives with more health and energy). But then "We Shall Return!" is also the most broken skill since...well ever, really. Astralphoenix777 17:22, 13 August 2009 (UTC):::::
It would be Oped if it revived with full health and energy every party member... there are ways for making a spell ininterrumpible (Glyph of Concentration, Mantra of Resolve, Song of Concentration, Pious Concentration.... so in 4 seconds, even less with such skills as Mindbender you could resurrect everyone at full health and energy. The bad thing bout We shall return is that you have to invest many points in Command to make it a viable in-battle resurrection, and unless you're a command paragon, that's the same as wasting points. I agree that this skill needs now a little buff but not that one... Maybe I'd tie it to divine favor to make it usable only by monks (is light of Dwayna btw), then scale it so it resurrects with (5...65%) health and (5...25%) energy Lhoj
However, this is pve (or this), and there is only like one monster in the entire game that uses this skill anyway. So it should be alright. Vili 点 User talk:Vili 08:29, 9 September 2009 (UTC)

Crazy Ideas For Changing This Skill[edit]

Go go go let your mind juices work! I'd say like a Reverse RoJ Where instead its healing each second with a +10 health regeneration refresh :D -/- Discuss 18:50, 9 September 2009 (UTC)

I liked your idea above (late to the party, I know, but hey, the skill still hasn't been changed!). It definitely needs some kind of a buff as people have mentioned. My idea, kinda similar to yours, would be to keep it's current cast/recharge/etc, res at 25%H, for each rank in divine favor, each party member in the area receives 10H and 2E (a really nice party heal and not likely to be abused by backliners at 25E/4sec), and any party member resurrected by LoD absorbs the next X amount of damage (similar to Shield of Saint Viktor effect though obviously less potent!). Imo, this would totally justify the 25E cost of the skill and finally be worthy to carry the name of Dwayna like its sister skills. pjfresh Serpent's Quickness.jpg 14:22, 7 January 2011 (UTC)

This skill is just plain inferior to "We Shall Return!"[edit]

Concise description: "We Shall Return!" Energy"We Shall Return!" + 4 Activation timewho cares, if your team needs to be rezzed more than once every half minute they are bad Recharge time "We Shall Return with 0...20...25% less health and 5...17...20% less energy!" Attribute:You're a moron.

Hero Usage[edit]

It says on the main page that heroes do not use this skill very well. I have not tried it, however there is no mention of that in the "Hero Behaviour" page. 216.168.120.86 03:56, 28 December 2011 (UTC)

Last revert[edit]

Okay, i wasn't clear enough. My question was : who will bother capping this skill on the boss in Abaddon's Mouth when there's a skill trainer teaching it at Ember's Camp ? Regarding this, i see no need of that note--82.240.45.162 22:12, 9 July 2015 (UTC)
