No. the skill if perfectly fine as is, if you want a good snare with no exhaustion, it's called Icy Shackles. And if anything, this skill could use a small buff to its damage. --Frigid Mage 13:18, 30 April 2008 (UTC)

Nah. Bosses do 160 with it and players do a hefty 80 (nice damage considering the ridiculous % and length of the snare). -Auron 13:32, 30 April 2008 (UTC)
