Vanquishing[edit]

I brought 2x Expel Hexes, one on my monk and one on my minion master, when I hero/hench vanquished this zone. Heavy hex removal made the area a lot easier. --Pork soldier 10:48, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

This area was hell to me, spiteful versus barrage= barrager dead in 2-3 barrages.

There are no enemy in the north west area near the nebo terrace entrance.Melee creatures from summoning stones will die pretty easily here.I am a w/mo and forgot to bring hex removal and it still went fine with out any deaths, just stop attacking when you have spiteful spirit on you. 2 discord and a spirit spammer. Don't forget about the south west corner with another small area. Missed that twice, walked around x2 hours both times before I noticed that and finally got this area finished.

^ Good tips; 170 foes ~ 40m. Nothing too difficult. Be careful with the Fire Imps. Other than it was a fairly slow and tedious vanquish. Once you deal with a lot of the packs it's mostly a lot of running around for various groups of bog otters, gargoyles and a few lone Oak Hearts.--LunarRXA (talk) 19:55, 8 May 2018 (UTC)

Asura Gate[edit]

Should that Asura Gate not be mentioned as a landmark? Silencio 15:29, 23 September 2007 (UTC)

Lvl 20 nightmare[edit]

i dunno if this was a bug, but there was a lvl 20 nightmare popup... near Archivist Ithimar, the skill quest giver with the lvl15 nightmares... —ZerphatalkThe Improver 20:25, 28 October 2007 (UTC)

  • this time a lvl17 reed stalker appeared. maybe because i didnt take a halloween henchie with me. or because of a quest. when i entered the province, the first foes were tengu this time instead of scales. —ZerphatalkThe Improver 20:56, 28 October 2007 (UTC)
Just ran into one of those Lvl 20's myself, about halfway between the Archivist, and the entrance to the Ascalon Settlement. (Ralmon the Gen 20:44, 15 March 2009 (UTC))

NEW Foes in this area[edit]

Not new foes.however, New foes For this Area.

User Neil2250 I saw a spined aloe in nkp.jpg

If your smart.you know it is North Krta Province (See the Lions arch tower behind him?)--Neil2250 , Render Lord User Neil2250 sig icon6.png 15:16, 16 April 2010 (UTC)

Spined aloes have been in NKP for quite a while. They may be new to that particular spawn point, but not the zone.--User Pyron Sy sig.png Pyron Sy 23:21, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

Glitched Dialogue[edit]

I zoned into North Kryta Province to see the dialogue in the Ascalonion Settlement and got this... Kind of odd. NKPGlitch.png

Dont Worry, thier just adding the stuff in... slowly. (Due to Linsey throwing a sicky, WoK's been almost grinded to a halt) --Neil2250 , Render Lord User Neil2250 sig icon6.png 23:10, 1 May 2010 (UTC)
did this get fixed?- User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 02:04, 6 May 2010 (UTC)
I had this too, yet I thought it was quite awesome to see ... say ...--Markisbeest 19:33, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
Some day, I'd love to know the dialogue. This is the only WoK event I missed. Tashiro 22:30, 7 May 2010 (UTC)
this missing dialog was added back into the game in the from of the quest Wanted: Inquisitor Lashona- User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 06:43, 31 May 2010 (UTC)

Removed[edit]

Notes here say the dialogue was removed. Aside from the 1000+ (hah) times checking for it and not seeing it, can anyone find something official saying as much that it was removed? --- Ness Hrin User Ness Hrin SBIcon.png | 16:36, 8 May 2010 (UTC)

The allies...[edit]

Is it more or can they be incredibly annoying if you're trying to farm with a build relying on aggro? --Kenny7220 07:51, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

I didn't think anyone farmed this area any more, but I would imagine so. My guess would be to try and let them die off by aggroing a mob and proceed to run like hell. Also, please sign your comments with four tildes (~). --- Ness Hrin User Ness Hrin SBIcon.png | 16:59, 14 May 2010 (UTC)
Sorry, I tend to forget that sometimes. I typically find this is an easier, faster, and better yielding run than Nahpui Quarter for feathers... --Kenny7220 07:51, 16 May 2010 (UTC)
I do Jaya Bluffs, myself. Tons of low-level Sensali tengu. Arshay Duskbrow 08:24, 16 May 2010 (UTC)

Well actually if the allies die they get ressed again when you walk further. Also I noticed the Tengu walk alot faster after the "ally-nerf"-patch. --Dreamerr 22:56, 30 May 2010 (UTC)

missing buildings.. or something[edit]

there appears to be missing buildings around Wintun the Black the mini map and whats in game dose not match...-User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 03:44, 11 April 2011 (UTC)

Temple of Melandru ?[edit]

In the recent blog post about the quaggan, there is a mention of a sunken temple of Melandru in Lake Gendarr. Considering where the lake is, namely, east of the Ascalon settlement and quite close to it, I wonder if anyone spotted said temple in this explorable area. -Alarielle- 11:15, 16 June 2011 (UTC)

my bet is that it was constructed somewhere in the 250 years after the game.-User Zesbeer sig.png Zesbeer 21:10, 16 June 2011 (UTC)

Bug[edit]

Shadow and Carlotta spawned for me even though I haven't activated WiK and all the spawns are the normal ones. Is this supposed to happen? - Reanimated X 19:56, 11 March 2012 (UTC)
