BUFF IT![edit]

Mabye a 15% IAS? Because this skill sucks HUGE BALLS --Fishy Go Moo 05:24, 1 December 2007 (UTC)

Why 15%? make it 25% ias... oooh add +25% increased move speed too... and +25% damage!!! oh oh oh and make your attacks do 25% armor penetration!1!!1!12:38, 12 December 2007 (UTC)
After the recent derv update, this is almost what has happened to the skill. :) 99.239.202.171 17:44, 4 June 2011 (UTC)

rubbish elite. --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:80.193.161.165 .

your not fucking funny the one who siad 25% armor penetration --The preceding unsigned comment was added by User:66.61.34.85 .

How about... "For 5...17...20 seconds, your attack Skills recharge 50% faster and cost 50% less Energy. You also attack 25% faster." Increase energy cost to 10 and casting time to 2secs. Idk, just an opinion.--MrDark88 03:13, 8 February 2008 (UTC)

Now that EotN is out, as a personal enchant, this skill is completely outclassed by Drunken Master. Leave this one home, PvEers! --97.83.178.170 00:33, 19 November 2010 (UTC)

OK...[edit]

It's not that bad I use it for quick recharge on my run/attack skills->PvP-GvG I find it helpful and a pretty good elite.... you may not.... Whatever formies!

i'd just lower recharge to 15, and activation to 1/4 or 3/4 .. cuz this is pwetty bad Close Impact 17:48, 24 April 2008 (UTC)

It's not bad, just really impractical. Dervish attacks don't cost much and don't take long to recharge. The energy should be brought down by a number (3 less energy instead of 30% or whatever), and I don't know about the recharge. >.> Seems kind of wasted. RitualDoll 05:55, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

Being Wind Prayer Related it's not limited to Dervy Attacks, but like... yeah I agree xD, it's kinda wastified.

nerfed[edit]

elite, none stance version of Whirling Charge i mean seriously.. you waste you elite slot, and its more prone to removal .. forgot to sign --User Icewind Sig.jpegIce'wind 14:02, 11 August 2008 (UTC)

Except it lasts longer, only takes one skill slot, and WC is also ended by enchantment removal. This was a buff, it's now more akin to a cheaper RaO with a cast time, and far less worthless than before. 69.40.251.148 02:13, 13 August 2008 (UTC)
Yeah, besides. If you're a Dervish without a cover enchantment, something is very very wrong with you. RitualRitualistDoll 22:23, 20 August 2008 (UTC)
Considering the damage a NPC derv in HM can do, I think it's a worthwhile elite. Not to mention that it's also able to be kept up pretty much all the time, unlike Whirling Charge. 75.146.48.190 22:33, 20 August 2008 (UTC)

Is it me or is the image missing? -- Halogod35 TALK TO ME NAO plz. :D 12:57, 5 November 2008 (UTC)

Just you, it's there for me. I think there are problems on teh wikiz. Misery 13:17, 5 November 2008 (UTC)

Add Rampage as One as a related skill[edit]

Because they are the same concept-attack and move faster combined into one elite buff.

Update[edit]

Finally. This one next, plz. User Raine R.gif Raine - talk 02:18, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

You know, I liked this back when it gave 25% discount and recharge bonus. They should have kept one of those effects. --Jette 03:52, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
I like it now though... cheeper and can last duration... 15 wind prayers... kinda high in a blah attribute... especially when the better healing skills are non-enchant based. But you cant have everything i guess... its better then new Primal Rage -- SabreWolf 06:12, 12 December 2008 (UTC)
Get a Deldrimor Shear or something like that, 13 windprayers and some attack skills and you might be good without maximizing the attribute to hell. Ɲoɕʈɋɽɕɧ 10:19, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

Yeah. RaO for Dervishes. Just what we needed. Dark Morphon(contribs) 16:42, 12 December 2008 (UTC)

This just makes Primal Rage obsolete.
kinda, Stance is harder to remove then an Enchantment... but the x2 dmg of Primal Rage balences it a little... Also, this hinders you a little, because its an enchantment you dont want to remove, so you may be limited on Dervish healing and attack skills... BTW, this can be easily maintained at 12 Wind Prayers with a 20% Enchant Mod. -- SabreWolf 06:03, 25 December 2008 (UTC)
primal is in strength and this is in wind... big enough difference for me. Roflmaomgz 17:24, 24 December 2009 (UTC)
Meh, Stsances are easyto remove(wild blow) and can't be "covered"..
This skill was way more amazing before it's so called "buff" R U Who U Want To B 23:54, 18 December 2010 (UTC)

Ohaidere prenerf primal. Extra adren gain makes up for the slower attack rate. All a warrior needs to do is run radiants, spec 9 wind, and camp zealous and he's got prenerf primal back. Comeon john, you should know better than to leave skill like this unlinked to primaries.

^sign comment plz. And you've got so many extra 'requirements' just to use a potentially more strippable enchantment (while stances have what....only 5 skills to strip it). If you don't mind limiting ur equipment just to gain an easily strippable buff then I guess you think the risks are well balanced. Anet sure did. -Wrei110.175.241.56 08:54, 21 February 2011 (UTC)

It is somewhat true, however. I was able to run this effectively on a sword build without either zealous or the radiants. It is a little hard to upkeep, but I just mixed it with rush for when I didn't have enough energy. Arcdash 02:34, 9 March 2011 (UTC)
With proper speccing into Mysticism, you should never have trouble with 10e Flash Enchantments, even recasting them on recharge. As for a Flash Enchantment being stripped, the combination of Mysticism making them laughably inexpensive and given that you can cover these enchantments with interrupt-like alacrity, with any other, inexpensive Flash, stripping them is not a good tactic for dealing with an Onslaught Dervish on your ass. -- Oiseau | User Oiseau Melandru.jpg 03:04, 9 March 2011 (UTC)
Pookie bear, he was talking about wars using onslaught. Wars don't spec into mysticism.--71.185.41.90 01:07, 11 February 2012 (UTC)
Yeah, D/Ws run Onslaught now. No need for warriors, since Onslaught is more restrictive for them and warrior base AL is only better against physicals now. –~=Ϛρѧякγ AHHH! (τѧιк) ←♥– 03:21, 9 March 2011 (UTC)
