Talk:Raptor Nestling
From Guild Wars Wiki
my god i went in there... its like being pecked to death by a pack of baby ducks! -TehBuG-
- I somehow missed it when I went to Rata Sum my first time, but I went back out to do some quests and found it. Good fun for a fire ele :D Lots of cheap Asura points, too.
The only problem is they interupt -.-' Mr-HaXx
- Use Shadow Form and it shouldn't be any problems

they do slashing or piercing damage?83.132.8.117 11:39, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
- Seems to be slashing. Though I am not positive. Ahskrenaim 16:23, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
Anyone else having them KD occasionally? I was using the W/N raptor farmer and Whirlwind kept getting interrupted... I was confused until I saw my character fall down whenever it happens--Ahskrenaim 00:22, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
- Wow just noticed something else odd. I am using Dolyak Signet So I "Cannot be knocked down" But still the screen shows me falling and Whirlwind doesn't activate. (Although my adrenaline does drain)Ahskrenaim 16:21, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
- Your blocking stance probably wore off. Disrupting Stab interrupts any action, including attacks. -- Hong 16:25, 25 October 2009 (UTC)
- No. It was still up. and it wasn't just an interrupt. It Knocked me down. (See the thumbnail)
- What confuses me is that it is not every run. some runs it happens some it doesn't.Ahskrenaim 03:31, 26 October 2009 (UTC)
- You probably weren't KD'd. Interrupts look like a mini KD that knocks you down and you immediately get back up. And it doesn't matter if your blocking stance was up or not. There's still a 25% chance that d-stab could have gotten through. It happens. You could always run the Mes or Ele builds if you don't like getting interrupted (never happens to me). Karate

- Oh, and unless you stayed on your back for at least 1 second, you weren't KD'd. You were interrupted. The Warr builds are vulnerable to dstab, it's the tradeoff you have to take considering that they (and by they, I mean the W/N build) are faster. Karate

- Ah. seems disrupting stab can interrupt a no-cast attack then. strange... ok. thanks. :) Ahskrenaim 03:47, 26 October 2009 (UTC)
