Probably me just noticing things that aren't there, but these three seem familiar to RE names.
Weststar = Wesker Jenn Valefield = Jill Valentine Chance Redding = Chris Redfied

- yea i cant find him at any of these locations i think there might be a bug were if you complete were if you dont take the next quest he wont apear. i have looked at all the locations.... also i know i have completed Falling Out because i have the skill.--
