Titan Vanquishing[edit]

..is a terrible idea. Oh, sure, you finish with Evennia's quest, and you see, "Hey, I've defeated 35-ish enemies.. and it says I'm over halfway done! Awesome!" STOP YOU ARE BEING TRICKED There are only another 25-30 Rotting Titans on the map, sure.. but each of those has a pop-up of 3-4 elementalist titans and often a Wild Growth, which will spawn ANOTHER 3-4 elementalist titans. Add that to the Wild Growth that every Rotting Titan spawns on its own (and accompanying sub-spawns), and you're looking at well over 300 enemies to vanquish, all of which are level 30. Except none of the sub-spawns ever drops loot (to my knowledge), AND they do not count for your vanquishing reward, so you're basically just making an excessive amount of work for yourself. In short, do not do this unless you are some kind of masochist. --nunix

Old Jones[edit]

I do not know of an exit to Riverside Province. Delete if so.

Old Jonnes acts as an "exit" since he can take you there, and in fact, if you follow the storyline, that's how you get to RP Mission outpost [not a run lol] Beleeth 17:59, 12 May 2011 (UTC)
Note that Old Joness is not going to ask you the "Are you ready to go? Yes/No" question you might be used to from later campaign. Going through the whole dialogue tree may get you going to Riverside Province somewhat unexpectedly in that case.

Removed build note[edit]

I removed the build note for VQing during Defend: it seems unlikely that one might prepare for the quest without spec'ing for titans. If you happen to forget that you have the quest active...well, then probably you'd want to return to town to re-spec or drop the quest. In other words, it's sensible advice for the quest, but not as useful as a VQ note. – Tennessee Ernie Ford (TEF) 23:30, 25 September 2011 (UTC)
