I do know that, but thank you for trying to help. I have a "collection" of the Festival Hats. I have all of them except for three, and of the ones I have, I can only use two. I suppose I just want them to have them. Do you have one? SkyMan25 23:01, 10 September 2009 (UTC)

Question, if i buy: Ex: A Lion Mask from someone, i cant use it, but can i give it to a hat keeper, and then make one I can use?
