[edit] Question: Im from Australia, can i change my territory to Japan or Korea?
My latency is on average ~350 on the American servers. I find that just a bit annoying with the rubber banding, and significantly more difficult interrupts.Also, is it just me or is this latency universal? and would it make a difference if i did happen to change my territory to japan/ korea?
