That description is pretty vague, why not: For x seconds Target Ally moves X% faster?

Which type, more exactly?

Is this an Enchantment skill (apparently, the separate non-spell skill type) or the word enchantment in the description was used figuratively? I think this may be tested, for example, by checking its duration with of Enchanting weapon. --Slavic 20:16, 20 June 2012 (UTC)
