Buff? Seriously? This is the best DoT nuke in the game, due to the fact that it has its own snare. (and the lowest recharge of all nukes). If you think that Gale outranks this, then you need to learn how to play an Earth Elementalist properly. 145.94.74.23 05:35, 1 October 2008 (UTC)
