if you are just farming these for nik, consider farahnur. its a 3 min run and a two min fight to kill the 4 there. the average yield is 2 essences. solo. oc

Sapphires?

I really kinda doubt that... its the same skin as a sapphire djinn essence but i'm salved a TON of these (well over a stack) and i highly doubt that sapphires are a rare salvage from a trophy you can get on n00b island in NF. 71.181.52.205 00:54, 14 July 2012 (UTC)

I removed it. Not necessarily because you salvaged a stack and didn't get one (probability is a bitch sometimes), but it was added as a "suspected" salvage item, which doesn't really seem to be enough of a reason to list it. -- FreedomBound 01:59, 14 July 2012 (UTC)

I totally understand odds can be odd (i farm weird stuff a lot when bored) but the possibility of sapphires from a n00b island trophy seemed a bit far fetched. Really sapphires possible from fahranur? No matter how rare a salvage i highly doubt that would be possible so thank you for removing it because it always confused me. It's not so far-fetched. FYI, I've gotten sapphires as *drops* in noob island areas before, e.g. the yetis in Jaya Bluffs (in Factions) drop them. If noob monsters can drop them, I don't see why they can't also salvage from other things they drop. --64.60.100.162 22:11, 7 November 2013 (UTC)

I'm not surprised at getting them from yeti (Category talk:Drops sapphire#Yeti in jaya bluffs drops sapphire). As long as its a rare salvage rate then I don't see why it couldn't be a possible salvage from this item too. -Chieftain Alex 22:33, 7 November 2013 (UTC)
