This is pretty much a staple. Does critical damage and lose a stance but lose all adrenaline. That's simple, make this attack as the first attack, lose the first point of adrenaline.--ShadowFog 19:31, 4 December 2007 (UTC)

Exactly. Yet still most do not use it which does not make that much sense (except for Enraging Chargers). Noctarch 01:43, 28 June 2008 (UTC)

It states that this is a good skill for a dervish to use. This is a warrior skill, a player with a dervish can't get this skill from a trainer.

Secondary professions exists for that reason.--Fighterdoken 23:42, 9 July 2008 (UTC)
For Dervishes: Wild Blow + Intimidating Aura precasted in a Mysticism build will left your opponent almost defenseless, especially against a stance using Assassin.--Wealedout 16:19, 17 November 2008 (UTC)

One of those skills that's just better on secondary than primary, unless you're a Warrior with energy/low-adren skills, or you have a method of building adren very, very quickly. Only time I took my Warrior into RA with this, I couldn't get up any real adren before having to throw this back on the Monk. Granted, I only have Prophs and EotN then, so couldn't Cripslash him to keep him still, and the reason I was using Wild Blow was so I could Bull's him, or I'd Bull's, then he'd pop a stance, then I'd have to use Wild Blow. this is good on an assassin in so many ways.. 76.22.56.227 17:48, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

This is only good on a frontliner, not an assassin Koda Kumi User Koda Kumi UT.jpeg talk 17:51, 17 August 2009 (UTC)

I guess this page hasn't been edited since before the Dervish update. Added Irresistible Sweep to the list of related skills, seems it's now basically the Dervish's version of a 'Wild' skill (they should have renamed it too IMO, but nevermind). 82.11.226.30 16:02, 14 February 2012 (UTC)
