This appears to be a misnamed user image. Images uploaded for personal use should follow the naming convention described at Guild Wars Wiki:Image use#User page images.

For example, if this file is intended for personal use by wiki user Example User and Misnamed user image is a descriptive name/extension, then User Example User Misnamed user image* should be a more appropriate destination filename to use when uploading. * Follow this link and re-upload the file to effectively rename it. After re-uploading, mark this old version for deletion by adding a {{delete}} tag.
