The temple of Grenth is located in the south of Lornar's Pass, Nord Stonegrimm is a collector located at the entrance.
This is the only existing entrance to the Underworld in an explorable area, by the Statue of Grenth. More specifically, the architecture surrounding it suggests it may be a temple to the God of Death.
