- We've encountered Centaur patrols on the road ahead, and they're attacking the caravan! I need you to take them out quickly and report to Ranger Olson.
- Accept: "You can count on me."
- Decline: "I don't know if I can handle that."
When asked about quest: Follow the main road and take care of the Centaur patrols! When the way is clear, report to Ranger Olson.

- You don't actually need to save any refugees, you just need to kill the centaur groups to pass the quest
