Toma is a drake with a ferocious appetite. He once was owned by the Kournans in the nearby garrison on Marga Coast, but then got away and began harassing villagers in Ronjok.

After capturing the beast in Drake in a Cage, Koss decides instead to tame him and have him defend the village. Sadly, he must be fed (in this case, the word "fed" meaning taking him out in the wilderness to eat Kournans) in the quest Feeding Frenzy so to avoid him deciding to eat the villagers.

You may then feed him again in Insatiable Appetite - which is a repeatable quest.
