The Tormented Focus is an focus skin introduced with Domain of Anguish. This item has a glimmering animation. There are 21 different types of Tormented Focus. There is one for each Elementalist, Mesmer, Monk, Necromancer, and Ritualist attribute. They follow the naming convention of "Tormented <attribute> Focus".

- This item cannot be salvaged for materials and cannot be sold to a merchant.
- This item can be broken if trying to salvage for mods with a non-perfect salvage kit.
Bug.This focus clips through the leg of almost every armor in the game, including Obsidian armor for Monks. See above image for the clipping issue.
