The Tormented Focus is a focus skin introduced with Domain of Anguish. This item has a glimmering animation. There are 21 different types of Tormented Focus. There is one for each Elementalist, Mesmer, Monk, Necromancer, and Ritualist attribute. They follow the naming convention of "Tormented <attribute> Focus".

• This item cannot be salvaged for materials and cannot be sold to a merchant.
• This item can be broken if trying to salvage for mods with a non-perfect salvage kit.

Bug.

This focus clips through the leg of almost every armor in the game because of the way your character holds it.
