The Tormented Focus is a focus skin introduced with Domain of Anguish. This item has a glimmering animation. There are 21 different types of Tormented Focus. There is one for each Elementalist, Mesmer, Monk, Necromancer, and Ritualist attribute. They follow the naming convention of "Tormented <attribute> Focus".
