A Trick-or-Treat Bag is an item available during the Halloween event from 2007 onward.
Opening (double-clicking) a bag randomly yields one of the following:

- Random drop from monsters during Halloween event.
- 5 bags are awarded for each victory in the Costume Brawl.
- Since Halloween 2007, 1 bag is awarded for obeying each command of Mad King Thorn, properly doing or avoiding doing appropriate emote during minigame Mad King Says, or by beating him in a Rock, Paper, Scissors competition. Excluding Rock, Paper, Scissors bags, there is a chance for total of 30 bags on each Mad King appearance.
- Completing Halloween 2009 quests given by Mad King's Steward.
