Turning in an authorized Turai's Story in to Archivist of Whispers in Lion's Arch, Kaineng Center, or Kamadan, Jewel of Istan.

Dye affects the gemstone in the middle of the item. The default color can be closely replicated using yellow dye.

- This item cannot be salvaged for materials and cannot be sold to a merchant. Weapon modifications added to the weapon can be salvaged off as normal.
