An Underworld Chest will spawn in the Underworld, in the Hall of Judgment, after completing all the 10 quests there and defeating Dhuum. Each player in the party can open the chest and will receive items from the following list.

- Before this update, the chest spawned nearby the Reaper of the Labyrinth.
