Urgoz's Chest will spawn in Urgoz's Warren, near Urgoz, after his death. Each player in the party can open the chest once and will receive the following items.

  • A rare inscribable item, which may be one of the following items that are only available from this chest or Kanaxai's Chest:
    • Ceremonial Spear
    • Crab Claw Maul
    • Draconic Scythe
    • Pronged Fan
    • Serpentine Scepter
  • A unique unique to this chest:
    • Urgoz's Flatbow
    • Urgoz's Longbow
    • Urgoz's Shortbow
