Additional info on MOX related to this:

Youtube video clip - MOX Trot

I've been running around with my Ritualist and am not always trying to do damage - ie wanting to set spirits or run as a Restoration ritualist - and I'm not always calling target. I have MOX set to guard because there's still times where he'll attack something outside of our aggro. Now, the guard section says this:

Guard
  • If ordered to use a skill on a foe out of range, heroes will move out of the guarded area.
  • Heroes will only attack while in guard state if the party is attacked or if the enemy the player is targeting is in the aggro range.

Now, MOX seems to not be following this rule of Hero behaviour, though the other heroes at the time do. He often returns to my side, whether I'm taking part in the battle or not, and will sometimes even just stand at my side taking damage without doing anything. I uploaded a clip to youtube (thanks to 000 for letting me use his pc to make the video) so you can see what I mean, it demonstrates some of the behaviour of what I'm talking about. I do have more clips but I think the video shows enough.

000 and I discussed it and thought it might be due to me not targetting but he noticed the other heroes were targetting fine, MOX would still always charge in but would appear to lose interest in one target, then move to the next, or just go "Stuff it" and return to the player's side and taken damage. We discussed the skills but 000 thought that was weird and still wouldn't explain it as it appears at times MOX just refused to attack targets within his bubble that everyone else was. Only a few times had Ogden been noticed to come up to the player's side and pause but not as often or as long as MOX has been seen doing.

We think he just thinks he too good to fight, superior machine complex and all ^_^

Neither of us are experts on AI behaviour but we thought it weird and I thought I'd bring it to someone's attention, if this is normal and we are wrong I blame 000 ^_^.
