[edit] Castor Zenith
Elementalist, the most purely awesome class in the game, in my opinion. There's nothing in Normal Mode you can't solve by throwing more elementalists at it. Case in point - Raisu Palace. 7 E/Me, echo chain Celestial Storm, one monk just in case.
So Castor's an Ele, through and through. From humble beginnings as an E/R with Phoenix, Charm Animal and Firestorm, to a titan of AoE KD damage with the AI Nuker, I've spent nearly 4 years on this guy. Currently sitting at 9 titles maxed, and working my way up to Obsidian Armor. Castor, and my brother's epic monk Fook Fighting, were the well-known alliance figures of SoDM (our now-defunct guild) and always in it to win it. Nowdays Castor spends his time slowly plodding along toward titles and Obby armor, retired from hardcore play, just in for fun and profit. Current status:
Finished legendary skill hunter. Next up - Vanguard and Asura titles, saving for Obsidian Armor.
[edit] Mistress Pugwash
A Tyrian Mesmer, Ms. Pugwash was created as an experiment in the current state of PUGs. After solo-questing in Pre-searing up to level 7, a reasonable exit level, she debuted into the world of PUGs today. Now she begins her quest to complete the Prophecies campaign within the following limitations:
- Henchmen and heroes can only make up less than 50% of the party. In a 4-slot party, 1 hero can be taken, in an 6-slot party, 3 can be taken. Henchmen and heroes cannot be used if it's within my power to get other people in the group.
- No assistance from anyone I know in-game, only strangers.
- No use will be made of running services for either Missions themselves, Quests or just to get to places.
- Storage may be used as normal.
I will keep a record of my encounters with particularly difficult or enjoyable players, quests and missions.

We had to do this one twice because Heart That Is Black, in his zeal for killing Charr, trigger the cutscene before I could get the bonus. Both players agreed to come do bonus, and played better the second time around.
Fort Ranik Tsai Llin Yi again (lovely) Bryant Russella (also great) 1x Henchman Everything went swimmingly aside from some heavy lag on my part.
Managed to get up to Amnoon Oasis before I lost interest. Finding a decent PUG not as hard as I imagined.

Elementalist is the class I'm most comfortable with. Castor was my first character and I didn't make any new characters until a few months later, after ascending and learning a lot of the game's mechanics. I've spend about half of my overall playtime on Castor, and he is the character I am most actively going after titles with. | |
