All-round anti-everything FAbuild. Not-Elementalist casters will stop casting with Arcane Languor, everything physical stops attacking because of Empathy and for eles you have Backfire. Power Drain and Leech Signetare for energy, only rupting really dangerous spells like Meteor Shower or Spiteful Spirit

Empty is optional. I learned in FA yesterday that this seriously pisses off everyone that cant deal with a bit of hexing. Diverting every skill on the eles, mesmers and monks is apparently not appreciated.
