Hopefully I can fill in the holes in my HoM before Guild Wars 2 comes out. I've gotten to 48/50 and my gwamm status is still at 17/30. I'm totally playing this weekend! I have a GW2 wiki account but I really haven't put anything there yet since I haven't played during closed beta. My account is devi for gw2 (I think, this codes, linking to gw1 etc. is confusing as hell) so feel free to PM me this weekend during the event.
About my personal life
I'm a very casual Guild Wars player, but lately I have been playing every hour of every day really. I got Guild Wars from my friend Diamon, but he hasn't been playing lately, so I consider myself a pro compared to him now. I sort of liked this game when I first started, but I was really lost because of it being my first American made MMORPG. I had played quite a few Korean made MMORPG's but they are really different to play. I started playing as a Necromancer on the account that Diamon gave me from Prophecies, not knowing that it was called Prophecies at the time, I just thought it was Guild Wars. Diamon and I both got Nightfall the same day, he already had Factions had been playing that a lot, but I learned about what the Heroes were and I really wanted to have them.
Since I started with the Prophecies Necromancer, I have tried every kind of profession there is, and I have mostly deleted them all. I definitely am a Dervish at heart, I am most proficient with that and I love the idea of them. I've deleted and made new characters more times than I can count, mainly because I basically just threw myself into the game and had no idea what was *truly* going on. Plus, I really had no clue about the core of the game. I do enjoy playing all Campaigns that I own, and now I got myself Factions and Eye of the North. I also recently got The Bonus Mission Pack along with all the other upgrades you could get in the In-Game store.
Most of the time, I find myself playing with my Heroes. I think I do that because I generally do not like people and they are greedy. I have been a member of 6 or 7 guilds now, and I jumped around to a few guilds after Mind H A C K [OMG] . They just disbanded the guild to inactivity and I just gone back to [FDR], but I'm back in [ToYs] finishing up the game before GW2 is out. I was inFurious Dragons Reign but most of us moved to [OMG] after a large disbanding. Legacy Of Godz was my previous guild, but it disbanded when the leader got angry at us after I just joined in January of 2011. After Sacred Witchknight passed away, The Coven went to Borg Mistress. She did a good job, but ever since Witchy died, it changed everyone's mood. I had the guild for a few months but I started to lose interest in the game and I stopped playing. The leadership was automatically passed from me and I do not think I will be getting it back. I just left the guild but we spent a lot of money on the guild hall and I don't want to watch it completely go away. Hopefully they will be ok without me.
I have beaten Prophecies, Nightfall and now even Factions and EotN with my main character Devi The Dark, my Dervish. I am trying to get most of the titles available done, but who knows if I can ever complete them.
I graduated from Western Dakota Tech with an Associates Degree, specializing in Network Administration. I have obtained 2 Cisco Certifications and I am working towards 3 more by the time I am done. I'm hoping to get to work for a nice big company and manage their computer network for lots of money (I'm looking at you ANet!!!) I don't really play Guild Wars anymore because I am waiting for GW2 to come out.
I am currently married and we have a 4 year old son and a 1 year old daughter and we just had a new boy on March 1st. We live in South Dakota in the USA where I am the Assistant Manager in Ranch Mart, a local gas station.
