Critiques are always welcomed and such things, I dont know what such things but whatever. Sections concurrently under work are, the pvp section, a coming pve section, and... well the whole page pretty much >.<

[edit] Campaigns

I currently only have Prophecies and EotN.. :( But have completed both own "Story Mode" Since you can hardly find people whom want to join you in doing them. But that mainly pertains to EotN.

[edit] Characters

Toons, player names, characters, ect... Bullets are what I like about the profession, it'll be quite vague and one sided... I might add personal pros and cons later

Climac Tic -- Elementalist

  • In normal mode I can just blow crap up, in hard mode I still blow crap up. No I dont have Searing Flames stop asking me to bring it or I'll bring an Echo/Shower build. (but I have an ok Mindbender Renewal Meteor Shower build). PvP is fun, ~ish. People like to flame, I like to Thunderclap/Gale, I just wish I could have been able to use Gale before its update. (3 sec knockdown would have decent synergy while trying to daze the monk)

I Got Your Heals -- Monk (main reason I made her was for farming purposes)

  • Uhm yea keep health bars red, I can do that.. in pve :D I haven't tried my hand at pvp yet, I'm scared.

Ai Toushi -- Warrior

  • Hmm my warrior, I just recently touched on being a Hammer warrior in pvp, it was quite fun, but since I'm prophecies only I cant get a decent build going, so no Lion's Flail. Instead, I go with Grapple/"I Meant to Do That!" and I like to start off the rounds by saying in team chat, "Spot the crap build!" or "Spot the noob" then i announce-I'm using "I Meant to Do That!" and follow up with, "Oh thats me :x" I have run a Shockaxe build, I use Battle Rage with almost all adrenal skills w/Shock and sometimes Bull's Strike.

Dis Cuss -- Mesmer (last Mesmer I had was named Sephiroth Geist, I bought elite armor then accidentally deleted him(was also my first character))

This user is a Mesmer by nature.

  • In pve I like to rupt attacks, YES (quoth Fred Fredburger). In pvp I've taken a liking to a Fragility/Virulence type build. I put my extra point in death so the monk might waste time by using a condition removal. The build might seem... well useless, but add up the damage :D if you count virulence w/ fragility w/ starter condition its all in all 8 packets of 15 damage (at 10 Illusion) and, if not using a degen condition to start, 5 seconds of -8 degen (2 Death) 80 damage [me thinks], 200 damage bare min w/ 3 skills that costs 5 energy each that isnt affected by armor, that is iff your starter condition would have been from Weaken Armor. Flawed Logic is flawed w/e. You have 4 extra slots on your bar for damage/heal or w/e. I dont use Weaken Armor anymore tho, I use the equivalent to "Finish Him". Yay for splitting Attribute points even moar.

[edit] L2P Nice PvPers or Go Play PvE Until you cool off

[edit] RA

1. If you're team loses and you use profane language to blame it on everyone but you, please stop. If you feel that you're so much better then the your whole team, why didn't you carry them to victory? Its hard to believe that your skills are so much higher then your teammates that it was in no way partly your fault that your team lost. Yes some people may just plain outright suck in the arena, but sometimes those people are either new to pvp or new to GW entirely. On the other hand if the person just doesn't know when to quit instead of yelling at them "GTFO Noob" or calling them a homosexual constantly, try to share some of your "immense knowledge" of "how to be pro" in pvp.

  • To Sore-Loser Healers -- Yeah your team may not put out damage, but if you end up losing within the first couple minutes (...) Come on.
  • To Sore-Loser Physical's -- Ehhh I get no heals, stfu you may have been overextending half the time. Stop spamming "I'm Hexed with Empathy!" or "I'm under the effects of Blind!" in team chat, if its not gone in a couple seconds either the monk did not bring many removal skills, or is currently occupied keeping their self alive against the whole enemy team trying to spike him/her dead, which you should be preventing by putting holes in a clothy's robe, pulling the warrior's visor down, or peeling off the sin from their back.
  • To Sore-Loser Casters -- OMFG BBQ Sauce! I get spiked by melee! You died from a warrior Eviscerate, no kidding? Yea option 1 kiting, opt. 2 bring a snare and then kite, opt. 3 bring a block skill, opt. 4 bring a skill to discourage attackers, ect. If the healer isnt healing you (look in above section) Lay an aoedot on your healer, melee might back off so you can get a heal.
(ps to damage dealers try to bring a self heal or something to prevent you from taking damage if you keep dieing)(ps/ps your healers are trying to keep you alive, do the same for them)

2. If you win and you like to rub it in, its ok to do so a little bit, but do it too much and its really, really unneeded. No need to purposefully hurt somebody's feelings, it only says so much about yourself. IE saying a team sucks when there were only 2-3 players to kill, they most likely weren't even actually playing.

  • To a Sore-Winner Melee -- If you gloat about spiking down a caster, Good Job yay all your attacks hit for more then the skill lists. -IE a RTL Warrior- "LOL HAHAHA I killed that Mesmer! What a noob!" saying it while queing for next match might be ok, but to say it while laying face down waiting to travel back to RA, just makes you look even more of an idiot, than one who thinks they are super pro with template builds.

This User thinks they are a wikinoob.
