I am part of the video game generation. A long time ago I started out with the likes of pong. Then Pacman. Got into consoles games from there. I did love some Legend of Zelda. Until I became an adult when I purchased my first computer. I played many games, most unmentionable. The first one of significance was Diablo II. I enjoyed the role playing aspect of it. I had alot of fun.The next game I got into was Ages of Empires. I absolutely loved playing it and playin online against other people. It was like chess on uber-steroids. I got very good at it. I got a friend to start playing. And we played it for long time. I then started playing Mechwarrior 4. It was another fantastic game. Different from what I was used to playing. My friend and I got into competition play. We gained experience and rose in the ranks of our clan. Our clan became one of the top teams in the league.

After Mechwarrior4 was released to the community for modifications, I retired from the game because it changed way too drastically from where it started. I moved into the realm of first person shooters(fps) in a game called Battlefield:Vietnam. Most of the members from my Mechwarrior4 clan came with me. We formed another top notch group in competitve play. I continued my fps experience with Half Life 2 and Counter Strike:Source. I didn't get into competitive play. I just wanted to play to have fun. I didn't want to deal with the politics associated with it.

In the beginning of 2006 I seen a friend playing this game called Guild Wars. I was intrigued. I like the way it looked. And my friend was having fun. I told my friend no way was I gonna play it because it looked like it was way too good and I might not be able to stop playing. So one day as a half-joke, I told my wife I wanted this game Guild Wars:Factions for my birthday. She bought if for me. I also got oblivion the same day from someone else, And I only played it for 10 hours. My prediction was right. I have been playing Guild Wars hardcore ever since. I purchased another account to get my wife to play with me. Didn't work. Now, I dedicate all my spare entertainment time to Guild Wars. Let's just say my wife regrets buying the game.
